This 6,400 SF custom home is situated on the site of a former outdated residence in Bethesda, Maryland. TR Construction demolished the existing home and designed the 7-bed/7-bath home with distinctive features including a large open kitchen and a lower-level kitchenette. TR also designed landscaping, a retaining wall for outdoor patio space, and a water management system for the client.
