Our preconstruction team provides proposal and estimating requirements. We utilize a nationally recognized estimating software with an R.S. means database. Our proposal submissions include a project approach narrative, itemized estimate, and key staffing identifications.

We will process contract awards and return for execution within two days including the submission of bonds and certificate of insurance. Project team ramps-up and develops workstreams and schedule.

At contract commencement, TR will prepare submissions such as quality control plans, safety plans, risk management plans, and other administrative submittals within two weeks. TR will hold post-award kick off meetings with interested parties.

TR agreements requires subcontracting agreement to include FAR, flow-down provisions, plan specifications, wage determinations and other requirements as applicable. Subcontractors must provide submittals within 10 days of contract execution.

The project manager and other applicable positions assume responsibility for the project and work collaboratively through the engagement to meet project, quality, safety, and schedule goals. This team along with our executives ensure client satisfaction.
